72 Hour Film Challenge

If you want to make a short film and have the instant gratification of seeing it as part of a film festival the next day, come join us!

The Brick, a local theater in Brooklyn, is organizing a 72 hour film challenge, and we want to be a part of it!
On May 27th at 7:00pm we will meet in the lobby of the Brick for the beginning of the challenge (I will be wearing a red Afro-Punk tshirt). We will be given elements that must be used in the film, and then have 72 hours to write, shoot, and complete a short 10 minute film. All films are due at 7pm on May 30th, and will be screened Saturday, May 31st during the opening weekend of The Film Festival: A Theater Festival at The Brick. Details are available here:
http://www.bricktheater.com/72.html

We will need a crew, equipment, actors, writers, editors and musicians to help us make our film. If you are unable to make it on the evening of the 27th, but are still interested in helping out, let me know. We need to know who will be participating in advance, so please RSVP ASAP and let me know what your specialty is (acting, crew, editing). Also if you have equipment that you can bring (cameras and mics in particular) please let me know.

I am organizing this through a Meetup group that I work with. Please go here to RSVP.
